WHAT IS CIRCUIT RIDESHARE?
Circuit offers electric shuttles for free that make mobility easier, more innovative, more affordable, and fun. Circuit’s ultimate goal is to reduce congestion and its harmful effects on the environment and our quality of life. This is done by getting people out of their cars for short trips and connecting to existing mass transit hubs.

You can choose multiple riders in the app.

The Buzzard Point Circuit Fixed Route
There will be one fixed route called the Buzzard Point Circuit. This Circuit loops between the following stops:
Southwest Waterfront Station
P St. SW and 2nd St. SW
DC Central Kitchen headquarters
How do you ride?
Just hop on and off the vehicle at the designated stops. This journey will NOT require an app.

Circuit RideWell
We believe that everyone deserves equal access to transportation, and we are committed to providing a solution that is both practical and easy for everyone to use. Our Circuit RideWell program was designed to focus on the benefits of solving first/last mile challenges, such as providing greater access to employment opportunities, healthcare services, and community resources. As of August 1, 2025, all rides are now free, and we are very proud of the success of this program in helping connect our community.
